We offer this team of services through a convenient telemedicine platform.

Your custom treatment plan with MENRVA starts with state-of-the-art hormone and lab testing and completing a secure intake questionnaire, followed by an online consultation with a MENRVA medical practitioner licensed in your state. If your provider determines that MENRVA is right for you, they will prescribe an FDA-approved treatment during your HIPAA-compliant consultation. Your prescription will be shipped directly to your door.

Once you begin treatment, you'll have regularly scheduled consultations with your MENRVA provider to ensure your hormones are working for you and to make adjustments if necessary. Our staff is available to answer questions via our secure message platform, and your prescriptions will be delivered conveniently to your door. Your health coach is there to help you along the way.

We are currently available in all states in the continental US except RI. Please use your personal address home when signing up, as we cannot ship prescriptions or tests to PO Boxes or alternate addresses in qualifying states.

Your subscription includes 3 comprehensive advanced hormone, thyroid and metabolic labs (a $2505 value), a hormone metabolism test at 5 months ($499 value), your telemedicine consultations with a BHRT expert licensed in your state, two functional nutritionist visits, ongoing support of a health coach to help you navigate your journey, and support for understanding how hormones support stronger bones.

Your information will be reviewed promptly after submission to ensure you receive timely care. Once you complete your order, our team submits your lab request to LabCorp or Vibrant Clinical Labs (NY, NJ, or Hawaii) and you are sent the requisition to complete within a few business days. The labs take 3 weeks to come back. When your labs are back your functional nutritionist will review these with you and help you get your bone health assessment and nutrition dialed in. Right after this, you will have your first appointment with your licensed provider in your state to address your hormone therapy.

In order to establish care, we do need to have a video visit with cameras. This is mandated by federal law Subsequent visits can be conducted by phone. Ensure you have good internet access and that your audio and video are working before your appointment. Occasionally, technology problems may occur with connectivity and a telemedicine visit via phone may be required. In those cases, a video visit can be completed at the next appointment to accommodate federal law.

Because we are a telehealth service, we cannot handle medical emergencies. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, immediately call 911, contact your in-person provider, or go to a hospital for urgent care. Once you've received the appropriate medical attention, update your MENRVA provider to reflect any changes in your health.

No, we do not provide primary care and cannot be your primary care physician. You must maintain a relationship with your primary care physician and undergo annual physical examinations with them as a requirement for participation in MENRVA.

Many women report improvement in sleep and mood within 2-4 weeks, with hot flashes and other symptoms often improving within 4-8 weeks. Full hormonal optimization typically occurs over 3-6 months as we fine-tune your protocol.

No! The Menrva program is designed for women experiencing perimenopause (the transition years before menopause) as well as those who have completed menopause. We help women typically aged 35-75. It is also for women who have been post menopausal for longer than 10 years. At Menrva, we believe every woman has the right to explore if BHRT is right for them.

Recent research exploring the safety of hormone replacement therapy in women over 65 showed that women who started BHRT and continue to take BHRT well into their 60s and beyond so they reduce risk of all cause mortality. Even more importantly, this study was the first study that identified that topical estrogen did not carry additional stroke and heart attack risk in older populations. Older studies using oral preparations did show an increased risk. We have many women well over 65 into their 70s and 80s on hormone replacement therapy and thriving.
